Inside the NFL to Feature Interview with JaMarcus Russell and John Lucas

Inside the NFL on Showtime travels to Houston, TX this week for an in depth interview with JaMarcus Russell and John Lucas- Wednesday, October 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

JaMarcus Russell and John Lucas join host Josina Anderson on air/in his apartment in Houston to discuss his time in the John Lucas Enterprises Athletes After Care Program, in which Russell became a part of on August 13, 2010. Discussions range from Russell ardently working to maintain the positive attitude and proper mindset it takes to be successful in the NFL and to the strict regimen that Lucas has instituted for his preparation to reemerge as a successful NFL Quarterback.

Russell talks about his rise to prominence as the first overall pick in the 2007 draft, his much storied 3 year stint with the Oakland Raiders and his current travels to Houston. He joined John Lucas to participate in the Life Skills program designed to put Russell back where he belongs, under center, leading a successful NFL franchise.

Russell currently works with several members of John Lucas Enterprises ranging from a dietician, strength and conditioning coach and a quarterback coach. Russell has given over complete control of the process and has grasped all the opportunities to experience his potential that he has been offered.
