Miami Dolphins — Lockout Workouts

As the unknowns of this NFL offseason create plenty of questions for players throughout the league, Dolphins wide receivers Davone Bess and Roberto Wallace aren’t about to let it get in the way of their goals. Both players, along with Ryan Grice-Mullen, Chad Owens and Chris Baker, are training twice a day at a local public gym to stay in shape. Trainer Chris Kidawski is helping them get the job done. The Miami Herald’s Jeff Darlington attended several of their workouts to get the details.
