Question by t.barrell: In the 1999 movie “For Love Of The Game” did the Detroit Tigers ever score?
I watched this movie last night, I know the New York Yankees never scored, but what about the Detroit Tigers. I am thinking it was 0-0. I understand the movie was all about Billy Chapel, Kevin Costner pitching a perfect game, but did they ever score?

Sinski (John C. Reilly), the catcher, doubles, the next batter is intentionally walked, and Sinski scores on a flare single, giving the Tigers a 1-0 lead. I believe it was late in the game (8th inning maybe?).
