Question by Aaron Baldwin: How did the Cincinnati Reds get beat by the Pittsburgh Pirates?
My favorite baseball team is the Cincinnati Reds and they won five games in a row until last night when they lost to the Pirates 5-0. The Pirates are supposed to be a really bad team and yet the beat the Reds in both of the two games in the series. How do they beat a great team like the Reds. Now the Reds are tied in the NL Central with Cardinals because of those two losses. Please just tell me how the Reds lose to the Pirates a lot! Thanks

Ughhhhh people really don’t understand baseball. Any team can win on any day. Thats just how baseball works, probably more than any other sport. Its all up to how that team is playing that day, and on these days the Pirates just played better than the Reds. It happens
