Integration New Media, Inc. (INM), a leading rich internet application (RIA) developer, announced today that two members of its team have been chosen to speak at this year’s AJAXWorld West Conference and Expo, taking place September 24-26, 2007 in Santa Clara, California.

As the leading Web 2.0 and rich internet application event in North America, AJAXWorld Conference & Expo 2007 West is expected to attract more than 2,000 technology developers, evangelists, architects, project managers and C-level executives.

INM’s Director of Research and Development, Laurent Brigaut and Director of Projects, Jason MacDonald will co-present a session entitled “A Real-World Project: Building a Rich Media eLibrary”. This session will discuss the challenges of delivering richly formatted or legacy documents as part of a RIA. Using a real-world project as an example, Brigaut and MacDonald will discuss how Adobe Flex was used to build a rich eLibrary that delivers large volumes of PDFs seamlessly to clients across all systems and platforms, without the need to launch client-side software.

“Combining highly formatted documents with today’s RIAs can be challenging,” said Laurent Brigaut, director of research and development at INM. “In this session we’ll show both sides of the picture, starting with the project requirements and stakeholder needs, and then looking at how we built the user experience to meet these.”

The session will take place on Tuesday, September 25 at 4:05 p.m. For more information about AJAXWorld West, or to register, please visit: http://www.ajaxworld.com/
