We are looking for a detail-oriented, teamwork- focused Product Specialist to exceed customer expectations through administrative/operations support and customer service for our Digital Business team.
In this position, you will handle important details for and communication with our Digital Business customers, who are typically business and communications professionals. You enjoy direct customer contact, and will be able to solve problems with finesse. Behind the scenes, your teammates will be able to count on you to support their efforts with thorough follow through and initiative. Whether you are entering orders, running reports, managing issues, communicating with awards winners or speakers, setting up online conferences or purchasing materials, you make sure that everything is accurate, and the customer is happy. You have both initiative and a collaborative focus.
