Question by The Mick “7”: Does the American League West have any plans to expand to 5 teams in the near future?
If so, what city would be willing to establish a franchise? Is there another city in the west that could support a major league franchise? As we already know the AL has only 14 teams compared to 16 teams in the NL. Any thoughts on the subject?

I haven’t heard any expansion talk, then again, they don’t really run it by me. 🙂
I believe they would look at movement of existing franchises first, some major attendance problems in Miami and Tampa.
Especially when they have been previous talking about contraction. (Minnesota in particular)
