ITIL Process Engineer (Job Number:303596) Description: Works under the direction of the Vanguard Process Manager or a Senior Process Engineer to provide business process consulting services from business/technical requirements analysis through implementation for the process engineering and improvement of the ITIL® Operations Life cycle processes, known as the “Repairing the Break Fix Loop”. Responsible for technical content of all process engineering production, including process studies, stakeholder and gap analysis, feasibility studies, process engineering support for IT project teams, process engineering detail design deliverables, and process improvement project planning and execution from business/technical requirements analysis through implementation. Performs Work is performed independently or as team player. Work is reviewed by management to measure meeting objectives and schedules. Regularly interacts with customer and/or functional group. May interact with senior management.
