BOSTON — For approximately 15 minutes, in the visitor’s dugout at Fenway Park, Johnny Damon showed exactly why he was one of the most popular players ever to put on a Red Sox uniform. Right off the bat, we lose our No. 3 and No. 4 guys and we have a young team. We have a lot of young guys
