El Segundo, CA (PRWEB) January 10, 2011

It has been 25 years since China-based embroidered emblem manufacturer HPI EMBLEM first began operations in San Diego. The last decade has seen the growth of the company coincide with the reemergence of patches as a pop culture fixture. But demand for the All-American emblems has always been strong, and well-executed embroidered patches have historically been the driving force behind HPI EMBLEM’s success. However, the company has also had much success over the years producing a variety of other emblems such as appliqués, rubber emblems, bullion badges, woven labels, lapel pins, chenille, tackle twill lettering and puff embroidery. To date, HPI EMBLEM has registered an impressive “53,105,365 emblems served,” and it looks like that number will only continue to climb as the company expands its product base.

“The way we look at it, 25 years of successful business is cause to celebrate. It says we’re doing something right in terms of our pricing, products, and service. We look forward to continuing to offer our staple products at competitive prices as well as innovating new products to meet the needs and demands of customers,” said HPI EMBLEM CEO Stephen Liu.

Beyond emblems, HPI EMBLEM is the only company that has perfected a cost-effective way to produce tackle twill lettering, numbering and logos that are pre-custom-cut, pre-layered, pre-heat-sealed and pre-zig-zag-stitched with real embroidery “zz” stitching. Called “Real Stitch,” this type of tackle twill lettering is typically used for team sports applications, but also work great for retro corporate logos.
