Things like releasing current players, changing a players position, signing certain players, focusing on a certain position to rebuild. Things like that which would make the Tigers an all around better team.

They need better relief pitching.
I think their starting pitching is ok, but was so bad in the first half of the season that they had a tough time getting back into the race.
