Dodgers Notes: Ethier named an All-Star
Andre Ethier will get to be a part of the All-Star Game in his hometown after all. Ethier, who finished second to the Phillies’ Shane Victorino in balloting conducted this week for the last spot on the National League roster, was informed Friday that since Victorino is injured, he would join teammates Matt Kemp and Clayton Kershaw for Tuesday night’s All-Star Game in Phoenix.
