EZ Lube Teams with Los Angeles Dodgers as a Dodger Fan Rewards Club Merchant

If you needed any further incentive to maintain your car, the Los Angeles Dodgers and EZ Lube are providing it, as EZ Lube has joined a growing list of Los Angeles-area merchants that participate in the Dodger Fan Rewards Club.

EZ Lube has 77 participating locations throughout Southern California, where Dodger Fan Rewards Club members will earn four points for every dollar spent on purchases over $ 30 made with a registered credit card. The Dodger Fan Rewards Club enables loyal Dodger fans to enhance their baseball experience through a club that rewards fan loyalty.

“Many of the people who take their cars to EZ Lube are Dodger fans,” said Manish Patel, vice president of marketing for EZ Lube. “What better way to thank them for choosing EZ Lube, than by helping them to live their Dodger dreams?”

The Dodger Fan Rewards Club differentiates itself by giving its members access to many once-in-a-lifetime experiences. “The fan rewards club was designed to provide fantastic benefits to our most loyal fans,” said Dodgers’ Chief Marketing Officer Tagg Romney. “Just by using their registered credit card for every day purchases, like getting their oil changed, a fan can quickly earn great rewards such as taking batting practice or lunch with Tommy Lasorda.”

The Dodgers launched the Dodger Fan Rewards Club on March 4, 2006 becoming the first professional baseball franchise to implement a coalition loyalty program. The rewards club offers fans an opportunity to earn points toward exclusive rewards that include memorabilia, tickets and experiences with players and management. Members are able to earn Dodger Fan Rewards Club points when they purchase concessions and merchandise at Dodger Stadium or patronize an expanding base of Los Angeles-area merchants. Additionally, fans can earn points online at the Dodger Mall (thinkblue.com), which features more than 200 online retailers such as Nordstrom, Target, Staples and Overstock.com.
