Atlanta Braves’ Frank Fultz Signs with MySportVideos™ as Technique Expert, Trainer and Mentor for Youth Baseball Category

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 30, 2007

MySportVideos™ (http://www.MySportVideos.com)], the first free online media sharing and social networking site dedicated to youth sports, has signed Atlanta Braves Strength and Conditioning Coach, Frank Fultz, as an expert for the baseball category on MySportVideos. MySportVideos allows young athletes, ages 8-18, to track and share their stats, videos and music archives by respective sport category. The site is the industry’s first ‘mobile online community’ that allows one to create and share personal sport videos and stats with friends, family, team members, coaches and even recruiters.

According to Fultz, sports-related injuries are occurring at a greater pace amongst youth sports, largely because of improper diet, exercise and conditioning before a young athlete plays his/her favorite game. “MySportVideos has found a way for me to way to give back to a sport that means so much to me, to provide — and at the same time – to connect with children of similar interests and needs from around the world,” commented Fultz.

Fultz recently signed a partnership agreement announcing the Sports Conditioning Program for MySportVideos in a sincere effort to help children properly prepare, avoid injury and excel in their respective sport and in athletics in general. The program will include instructional video clips, interviews and interactive Q&A sessions with the admired MLB expert.

MySportVideo, the new mobile online sports leader, has set a new standard with regard to constructive and productive social networking. “The children of the ‘generation M’ era now have a safe place to track their sporting potential and take pride in their athletic achievements. We couldn’t be more pleased that MySportVideos and Frank Fultz have partnered to bring additional training and conditioning knowledge to our young athletes of today,” said John Hayde, CEO of MySportVideos LLC.

Fultz has served as the Braves strength and conditioning coach since 1992, the second year of the team’s remarkable run of division titles. He pulled double duty in 1998 when he also served as minor league fitness coordinator.

Fultzs’ professional career began in 1986 when he accepted the role as assistant strength and conditioning coach with the Houston Astros, while at the same time serving as associate head baseball coach at the University of Houston. He spent 1988 through 1991 as a strength and conditioning coach in the Pittsburgh Pirates minor league system.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in educational psychology from Texas Wesleyan in 1973, Fultz earned his masters in physical education/exercise physiology from Utah State in 1974. He received a doctorate in health science from the University of Utah in 1976.
