Scottsdale Realtor Covers the Bases and Makes Realty a Reality

Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) February 27, 2006

Scosttadale and Phoenix Arizona realtor Colleen Lynch, broker of CLA Realty, is in the major leagues now. More to the point, she specializes in real estate transactions with celebrities including many major league baseball players.

“I also work directly with the players’ financial advisors and their recommended lenders,” said Colleen Lynch. “Taking into account their busy schedules, I work with their spouses and or significant others to do the initial leg work. We communicate a lot via email, sending pictures and videos of prospective homes if a purchase is involved.”

Making realty a reality, Lynch follows in the footsteps of her mother who died tragically in an automobile accident early in her career after only four months of opening House of Homes Realty in Napa, California. She’s worked with players in the Arizona Diamondbacks, Milwaukee Brewers, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Oakland Raiders, Chicago Cubs and the Pittsburgh Pirates.

“I handle all the details along with their financial advisors and keep it simple for the players. If necessary, we can coordinate sending paperwork via Federal Express to wherever they might be playing, even if they are on the road,” she explained.

Covering All The Bases

Since most players appreciate keeping their privacy intact, Lynch does everything possible to make sure that happens, including staying low-key and not getting distracted by the fact that they are celebrities. She does what she can to help them get the job done (buying/selling their home) with minimal effort from them.

Lynch enjoys going the extra mile, whether it’s picking up her clients and dropping them off at their hotel, helping keep their children happy and busy while they’re looking at homes or assisting with the after transaction details, i.e. getting their utilities set up, having handymen or contractors show up to do anything necessary or special. For example, if it’s granite counters they want after close of escrow, she’s got the guy. She can even help with choosing colors, furnishings or window treatments as a way of saying, “Thank you for your business.”

She also keeps in touch with clients after the property closes escrow to see if everything is all right. And she doesn’t disappear after the home closes, so if there is a problem, her clients know how to find her so she can make sure everything is taken care of.

Knowing that many of these players can get traded, it’s very important that they buy a home that’s not only right for them, but also a good investment. Sometimes at a moment’s notice they have to sell their home. So buying it at the right price and selling it for the best price is at the top of the list, as resale-ability is very important under these circumstances.
