ProBaseball Circuit Grand Opening April 19th 2008

Hialeah, FL (PRWEB) April 17, 2008

ProBaseball Circuit LLC announced today a new Speed, Agility and Power center will officially open April 19th. Julio Robaina, Mayor of the City of Hialeah, is expected to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony during the Grand Opening, which includes T-shirt giveaways and a signing event by Florida Marlins® Anibal Sanchez.

The center is outfitted with sport specific state-of-the-art equipment previously only available to athletes in professional leagues. ProBaseball members will be able to complete a series of sport specific workouts “The Circuit” that target core muscle groups and stimulate neuromuscular activity. The equipment and training program are the result of evidence-based sports science studies designed to boost performance to new heights.

Because baseball, like many sports, operates at such a high competitive level, the circuit is meant to work in conjunction with basic training and regular competition. With regular exposure to this training module, athletes can improve their reaction speed and generate more muscle force.

The center, located at 2800 West 84th Street in Hialeah Florida, complements the vibrant local baseball community by offering a progressive training approach that is both fast and effective.
