Question by beast: Will the Washington Nationals be Matt Stairs’ 13th team?
He played for the Montreal Expos for the first few seasons of his career, Now he’s with Washington and will it count as #13 team or just still be his first team. Basically do the Expos and Nationals count as the same team?

They probably count separately. One evolved into the other, but they’re still different teams.
