Stauffer goes five in Padres’ 7-2 win over Indians
Tim Stauffer is happy with his progress this spring. Stauffer became the first San Diego Padres pitcher to work five innings this spring, limiting the Cleveland Indians to four hits and a run in a 7-2 win Sunday. “I wasn’t as sharp as I would have liked, but overall I’m happy,” Stauffer said.
