Question by scottykick: Do fans of the Montreal Expos root for the Washigton Nationals? since they retained the Expos history/records?
I was just curious if the die hard fans of the team still follow the team after they relocated to Washington? I was atthe last Expos game ever at Shea Stadium and there was a large group of Expos fans that were supporting their team to the end.
I knowwhen the Dodgers left Brooklyn years ago, most of it’s fans rooted for new teams or (whoever was playing the Yankees that day) until the Mets came to NY in 1962.

They didn’t root for them when they were in Montreal. That’s why they left. NO die-hard fans. NONE!
