Their only postseason experience came during the 1981 strike year. During that postseason, they beat the Phillies 3-2 in a divisional playoff before losing 3-2 versus the Dodgers in the NL Championships series.
So, they’ve been there once and have a 5-5 record.

Although divisional playoffs weren’t a regular occurence back then, they had to play the Phils because it was the year they split the season into two halves, with the division winners from each half facing off in the first playoff round.
