Fantasy sports bloggers BallparkBob Bentz and Jonathan Bentz can now be heard on the Spadora on Sports radio talk show every weekend. The uncle and nephew team talk fantasy baseball, fantasy football, and other topics of interest to the Spadora on Sports audience.

Spadora on Sports can be heard on many radio stations around the nation, including:

BallparkBob and Jonathan Bentz have been providing fantasy baseball and football advice and tips to the nation for four years. Their Fantasy Baseball Dugout site, a product of Olympic Internet, has consistently ranked on the first page of Google and is read by more than 11,000 readers per day.

Fantasy Baseball Dugout surged in popularity in 2008 when it introduced its first ever Baseball’s Hottest Wives contest. Each year, the editors nominate the hottest wives of professional baseball players. Based on views by its readers, finalists are selected and the readers then vote online and vote by text message short code for the winner. The contest has consistently received more than 70,000 votes per year and has been profiled on ESPN and in major newspapers such as Philadelphia Inquirer and St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The popularity of the affable duo is catching on. This year, an online dating site, MatchLink.com, is sponsoring their radio show segments.

Pete Spadora, the host of Spadora on Sports, realized how important it was to have a fantasy sports segment on its show every week, given that 27 million Americans play fantasy sports, according to a study by the FSTA (Fantasy Sports Trade Association).

“Weekly, we hear from our listeners by text, email, and when we are on the road broadcasting from major sports venues,” said Spadora. “They like the timely fantasy player tips segment given by the Bentz’s each weekend. Major League Baseball, College Football, NFL Football…you name it…it doesn’t matter…Bob and Jonathan are all over it as analysts for Spadora on Sports.”
