If that’s the case, what are the series of games they play for the entire season for. San Diego has the lead 3-1.
I don’t agree with Jerry’s answer. If SD sweeps then both teams would have the same record, and SD would now have a 4-1 lead over SF on series played

SF has more wins than SD and they both play the same MLB teams for the most part. It’s the same rules for every team, it seems fair to me.
