– Ensures timely, accurate submission of all paperwork to support compliance, reimbursement, and coordination of QI. This includes, but is not limited to: oversight, management, and achieving effective outcomes for 485, HHABN, OASIS, service orders and all associated compliance needs
– Other duties as required by the Branch Director.
– Acts as a liaison with physicians, community resources and other referral sources to ensure quality patient service and promote program growth.
– Monitors care coordination between RN and LPN care partners.
– Participates in the development and revision of agency policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal and JCAHO guidelines.
– Ensures appropriate patient coverage by qualified professional nurses. Consideration is given to clinical caseload size and productivity quotas when applicable.
